Pam Wiggins and Melinda Lewis have joined together to start a far-reaching jewelry club and magazine for costume jewelry collectors. Costume Jewelry Collectors Int'l (CJCI) will continue the tradition of having a print magazine and a national jewelry convention, but add a range of online resources and community based activities for its members.
