If you plan to attend the convention, we encourage you to make your hotel reservation early. October is a very busy time in Austin, and we do anticipate the property being completely sold out prior to our event.

CJCI CONVENTION 2012 Room rates:

$109 - double or king

The special rate negotiated for CJCI CONVENTION 2012 attendees is available any time during the period from Oct. 16-24 to accommodate attendees who would like to come in early or stay later to do some sightseeing in the Austin area.

Please call the hotel directly at 800/227-6963  to make your reservation. You must mention Costume Jewelry Collectors Int’l to receive the special rate of $109 per night.

PLEASE NOTE: You will receive a “no rooms available” notice if trying book dates prior to October 16 or extending beyond October 24 using the online reservation system. Please contact the hotel’s reservation desk via phone at 800/227-6963 to obtain rate information and reserve those dates. For those requiring smoking rooms, this can be requested at the time of booking but cannot be guaranteed upon check-in at the hotel as the number of smoking accommodations is very limited.

Registration details for CJCI CONVENTION 2012 will be sent out in late March, 2012.

All former paid members will receive this information delivered to the addresses currently in our database and also by email. Members subscribing to the CJCI NING network will also receive notification through the NING system.
