We look forward to welcoming all our attendees who registered prior to our August 31, 2013 deadline to a fabulous Masquerade Celebration weekend! Confirmation letters will be sent via U.S. mail to all paid registrants the first week of October providing details about the event.

The convention commences with registration at 1 p.m. on Friday, October 25 and adjourns at noon on Sunday, October 27 after our morning educational workshops.

In addition to presentations by guest speakers, informative workshops, and entertainment, our attendees will also enjoy meals together during the convention weekend; a table or admittance to our open-to-the-public Saturday show and sale; and a fun-filled Masquerade Celebration on Saturday evening where attendees are encouraged to dress in masks, glitzy costumes, or ensembles inspired by their favorite vintage eras.

PROVIDENCE JEWELRY MUSEUM OPEN FOR CJCI ATTENDEES ON OCTOBER 24, 2013

The Providence Jewelry Museum will be open for our attendees to tour on Thursday, Oct. 24 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Transportation is on your own. Car rentals are available nearby at the airport, or you may carpool or share a cab ride with other attendees planning on visiting the museum.

The museum located at 1 Spectacle Street in Cranston, R.I. will have Trifari’s original catalogs from the 1950s-’70s available for viewing during this time in addition to all the other exhibits normally in place. The museum’s president, Peter DiCristofaro, will be on hand to greet and guide our attendees. The museum will be open October 24 only, expressly for our attendees. Don’t miss this rare opportunity to visit the museum, which is not open to the general public!

CJCI CONVENTION 2013 CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that unavoidable circumstances may require the cancellation of CJCI Convention 2013 registrations for our attendees. All cancellations made prior to the registration deadline of August 31, 2013 were subject to a $25 processing fee as stated in the INFORMATION LETTER attendees were instructed to download prior to registration.

Cancellations made after Sept. 1, 2013 will be subject to the following schedule:

Sept. 1-15 – 75% refund

Sept. 16-30 – 50% refund

Oct. 1-15 – 25% refund

After Oct. 15 – No refund will be issued

You also have the option of donating your refund to the CJCI Education Fund or CJCI General Fund at any time if you determine you will not be able to attend after paying your registration fee. CJCI donations are NOT tax deductible.

Note: Cancelling your convention registration with CJCI will not cancel your hotel reservation with the Radisson Hotel Providence Airport. Be certain to call the hotel directly and cancel your reservation to avoid being charged for your room.

Be sure to buddy up with your jewelry friends for fun New England dinner. (Most folks staying through Monday will go Sunday evening as a last get together.)
